Purpose of using high frequency screen

High-frequency screen is mainly used for filtration of ceramic glaze. It is one of the mature products developed by our company for the ceramic industry.

Solid-liquid separation: High-frequency vibrating screens can effectively process solid-liquid materials, quickly achieve solid-liquid separation, and filter out materials of different mesh sizes.

Impurity removal: It can remove small amounts of impurities of different sizes from a large amount of liquid materials for rapid separation.

The high-frequency screen uses a 2-stage high-frequency vibration motor with a speed of up to 3,000 rpm. Through the high-frequency vibration generated by the vibration motor, the solid particles are quickly separated, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. Due to the effect of high-frequency vibration, the solid particles on the screen will be continuously separated and eliminated, thus ensuring the smoothness of the screen and the separation efficiency.
