How does the vibrating screen work

The vibrating screen is a common screening equipment, whose main working principle is to use vibration force to screen materials on the screen, separating materials according to particle size.

Specifically, the vibrating screen consists of components such as a screen box, vibrator, bracket, and screen mesh. When the vibrator starts working, it will generate a certain amount of vibration force to place the material on the sieve, and through the action of the vibration force, the material will be screened on the sieve to achieve the purpose of separation.
In addition, the working principle of the vibrating screen also includes two directions of vibration: longitudinal vibration and transverse vibration. Among them, longitudinal vibration causes the material to move up and down along the vertical direction of the screen surface, while transverse vibration causes the material to move along the horizontal direction of the screen surface. The alternating vibration forces in these two directions cause the material to sway back and forth on the screen, separating materials of different particle sizes.
In summary, the working principle of a vibrating screen is to use the vibration force to screen materials on the screen, separating materials of different particle sizes through different mesh sizes. Vibrating screens are widely used in industries such as mining, chemical engineering, building materials, and food.
