What parts should be paid attention to at all times during the operation of the ultrasonic vibrating screen?

Ultrasonic vibrating screen bearings are the most important rotating parts in all ultrasonic vibrating screens

Condition detection is an important part of preventive maintenance of ultrasonic vibrating screens. Early detection of bearing damage avoids equipment downtime during unscheduled maintenance due to bearing damage. Use the correct installation technical knowledge and tools to ensure that the bearing is not damaged.

Listening and observing are common and easy methods
If there are sharp hissing sounds, squeaks and other irregular sounds, it usually means that the bearings of the ultrasonic vibrating screen are in poor running condition.
Squeaking noises can be caused by improper lubrication. Improper ultrasonic vibrating screen bearing clearance can also cause metal noise.
The dents on the outer track of the bearing will cause vibration and produce a smooth and crisp sound. If it is caused by knocking scars during installation, it will also produce noise. The noise will vary with the speed of the bearing.
If there is intermittent noise, it means that the rolling parts may be damaged. This sound occurs in the bearing when the damaged surface is rolled over.
Contamination often causes a hissing sound, and severe bearing damage can produce irregular and loud noises.
A better method is to pre-diagnose the operation of the bearing of the ultrasonic vibrating screen by using, for example, an electronic condition detection instrument. The use of advanced instruments can more accurately predict the bearing condition of the ultrasonic vibrating screen.
