Our previous experience in screening aluminum trichloride is as follows:
The proportion of the material is 2.48, the particle size of the material: 8-25mm and <8mm are the finished materials, the bulk of >25mm is screened out as the returned material and then processed, the particle size distribution: 10-20% above 25mm, 8-25mm accounts for about 30% , About 50% below 8mm. Aluminum trichloride itself does not contain water, but it is very easy to absorb water and become damp. It will have strong acidity after absorbing water. Therefore, there are high requirements for equipment materials. Corrosion-resistant 316L materials must be used. The customer's expected processing capacity is 3t/h.
Combining the customer’s previous use of round vibrating screen and mesh size (upper layer 25mm, lower layer 8mm), we recommend customers to use our DY-1500-2S rotary vibrating screen, the configuration is as follows:
1. Material: The material contacting part is made of 316l, and the rest (apron, bottom tube) is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. There are 2 layers, the upper layer is made of 316L stainless steel punching plate with a thickness of 3mm and the hole diameter is 25mm; the lower layer is made of 316L stainless steel punching plate with a thickness of 3mm and the hole diameter is 8mm.
