1、 Screen replacement

2. Dismantling the fixed parts of the sieve: When dismantling the old sieve, it is necessary to first dismantle the fixed parts of the sieve in order to remove the sieve from the sieve frame. The dismantling method of the fixed parts of the screen varies depending on the equipment, and is generally fixed by bolts or snap springs.

3. Remove the screen: After removing the fixing, gently pull out the screen to avoid wear. After removing the sieve, it should be placed in a dry and clean place in a timely manner.

4. Cleaning the screen frame and fixing parts: After disassembling the old screen, clean the debris inside the screen frame and clean the screen fixing parts for the installation of the new screen.

5. Install a new screen: Before installing a new screen, measure the screen size to ensure it matches the screen frame. Then use the corresponding fixing parts to fix the new screen on the screen frame. When fixing the screen, be careful not to be too tight or too loose to prevent affecting the screening effect.

6. Check the screen: After replacing the new screen, it is necessary to inspect the screen to ensure that there are no gaps, burrs, or displacement, in order to avoid ore blockage and wear.
