Producing premium matcha requires fine grinding and precise screening under clean, dust-free conditions. Our matcha powder production setup uses vacuum conveyors to transfer material into a ball mill, then to a discharge outlet and a second vacuum conveyor, which feeds a rotary vibrating screen for final sieving and output. This connected system ensures matcha powder fineness and uniformity while protecting the workshop environment.

Processors focus on hygiene, dust containment, screening accuracy, gentle handling and low maintenance. The vacuum conveying equipment moves matcha powder in a sealed pipeline, preventing dust escape and product loss. The ball mill delivers fine grinding, and the
rotary vibrating screen—also known as a vibro sifter, industrial sieve shaker or matcha powder screening machine—removes coarse particles and agglomerates. The vibro sifter is built with SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, mirror-polished and crevice-free, complying with food hygiene requirements. A tool-free quick-release clamp enables fast cleaning between batches, reducing cross-contamination. For fine and sticky matcha powder, an ultrasonic deblinding system prevents mesh blinding and maintains capacity. A bouncing ball cleaning kit provides extra agitation. The vertical vibratory motor generates gentle three-dimensional motion, spreading powder evenly and preserving color and flavor. Multi-deck designs deliver precise fractions in one pass. Diameters from 400 mm to 1800 mm support different production scales. Heavy-duty springs, low noise and sealed bearings ensure long service.
We provide free material trials for matcha powder. Send us your sample, and our technical team will run the vacuum conveying, ball milling and rotary screening process, then provide a detailed sieving report and equipment recommendation.
