The screen machine doesn’t start with the power supplying

1. The power circuit is obstructed

2. The motor is jammed

3. The load is too heavy

1. Check whether the triple-phase  lacks phases

The screening efficiency is low

1. The excited force is too small

2. The material is too thick

3. The screen hole is jammed

1. Adjust the excited force

The screen machine has large noise

1. The fixed bolt is loose

2. The bearing lacks grease or is damaged

The screen takes lateral swing

1. The eccentric angle at the both sides of the vibrating source is not the same

Details: 
1. Check the power condition first when the vibration screen can’t be started.

For the vibration screen, its core is the motor. So when it can’t be started, focus on the motor inspection at the premise of the power has no trouble. Replace new electronic component or take a signal inspection to the motor. Retrofit the voltage stability-control device at the power part to ensure the stable voltage.
2. The exciter should maintain good lubrication state.
If the exciter can’t be started normally, then the vibration screen can’t screen material too. And the normal work of exciter needs good lubrication state. So choosing the right lubricant for exciter is very important. Its lubrication should prevent it from appearing thickening and solidification phenomenon. Clean it and replace the lubricant regularly.
3.  Pay attention to controlling the material amount.
The vibration screen will also can’t screen the material normally because of the over-load caused by the ignoring and the lack of noticing the material amount when feeding.
