The function and classification of bouncing ball in vibration screen

The vibration screen is widely used and the screening material is various. You can choose different configurations according to different material. So what functions do the bouncing balls in different configurations have?

The bouncing ball impacts the material sticky on the working mesh by reciprocating beat between the screen mesh and punching plate to increase the material’s penetration rate and screening capacity.

The bouncing ball is a necessary part of the vibration screen. Its size generally has φ10、φ15、φ20、φ25、φ28、φ30、φ40 and so on. Its material can be divided into three kinds generally:

                                                                                                                          
1. Natural rubber bouncing ball: it is suitable for screening of general material: common quartz sand, perlite, feed and so on.
2. Silica gel bouncing ball: it has better elasticity than the natural rubber ball. Wear resistant, uneasy to fall off and so on. It is mainly suitable for material screening of food, medicine and others with high requirement.
3. Fluorine rubber bouncing ball: it has oil resistant and will not be deformed in oil immersion. It is mainly suitable for screening of oily liquid material.

Choose the suitable vibration screen according to your own material characteristics. The small part is inconspicuous but can bring big breakdown to our capacity.
